FALL Player Development

TRaining

Fall Player Development, morning program.
Developing passing, shooting & dribbling skills
Saturday morning program from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, starting September 14th to November 16th for 10 weeks of player Development.
This program is designed to help players learn how to build their passing & shooting & dribbling skills.

1. Passing: passing the ball with the inside of the foot
2. Passing: passing the ball with the outside of the foot, ,
3. Passing passes, long passes, and short passes
4. Diamond & Triangle: Creating Space, Exploding space.
5. Shooting: shooting with the instep drive
6. Shooting: scooping shot with the step of the foot
7. Dribbling Skills: : Running with the ball, Ball skills, footwork, ball control. Dribbling,

We’ll build players with our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling to emphasize a lot.

Youth League: 6v6 & 7v7 league,

Games are two 25 minutes halves on weekend.

Program # 7 Project Player Development

 Winter Project Player Development  

A project player development is a  unique program we put together to develop players & help them achieve their goals. The is an all year program for players to work on all the 4 components on soccer. The program is built to work with the players Motor Skill & try to unlock the key factor to build the 4 components of soccer Fitness, Skills, Tactic & IQ Intelligence to achieve player development. 
This program is designed to help players learn how to build passing, shooting, vision & dribbling skills. We’ll add our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling.

The Fall will run for 4 weeks from Saturday morning November 30th to Saturday December 21st outdoor training from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Satz Middle School turf.

The winter league this year will be at St John Vianney High School on Sunday from January 5th to March 9th or 15th , games are between 9 AM & 4 PM

The Fall outdoor training is from Nov 30 to Dec 21st

The winter league from January 5th to March 9th or 15th & the Fall outdoor training from Nov 30th to December 21st  

The Location for the league is at : St John Vianney School, 540 Line Rd, Holmdel

We’ll build The Five Principles of Attack & help players work on Penetration, Depth/ Support, Mobility, Width & Creativity/ Improvisation

Also, we’ll build The Five Principles of Defense & help players work on Delay, Depth/ Cover, Balance, Concentration & Composure/ Discipline, and patience.

Summer Player Development

Fall & Winter Skills Training

Skills Training:  4 weeks skills training to build the techniques necessary to take defenders one vs one.

Players will learn: Ball skills, footwork, ball control, AB,C Skills & 1,2,3 Skills that will help raise their level of playing

 

 

Summer 7v7 & 9v9 league for teams

SUMMER 7V7 & 9V9 LEAGUE

The Summer Youth 7v7 & 9V9 League.
As most coaches requested, the Summer League will be at in Colts Neck at Bucks Mill & will start on

Games are two 30 minute halves. 1 game per week between 6:00 & 8:30 PM for 8 weeks.

Program #6 Soccer Camp:

Summer Camp

Month of July:

July th to July from 9 AM to 12:00 Noon

July th to July from 9 AM to 12:00 Noon

Month of August: Aug th to  Holmdel from Monday to Friday.

Camp hours are 9 AM to 12 Noon, from Monday to Friday.

Starters Ages 4, 5 & 6  each week: This program is designed to develop the tots from the foundation of ball feeling and ball control. Also, it gears towards teaching the foundations of the game,

Juniors ages 7, 8 & 9, Individual skills are sharpened with ball feeling, ball skills, foot work, ball control, Campers will work on soccer fundamentals and basic strategies of the game will be introduced like decision making, give & go, small sided & fun games, one vs one: moves to get past your opponent

Competitive ages 10 to 11 & Advanced ages 12 & up: New this year Triangle passes with Tactical analysis on how to play the game. New World cup game that will teach players learn the principles of Attack & Defense, lots of small, sided games.

    This program is designed to help players learn how to build passing, shooting, vision & dribbling skills. We’ll add our ABC ball feeling skills & will work with progression with our 1,2,3 techniques of soccer for dribbling.

    • We’ll concentrate our player development & work on the Principles of Attack & Defense to achieve our goals. The biggest issues with the players today are:
    • 1 Defending well.

    • The Five Principles of Attack will help players work on Penetration, Depth/ Support, Mobility, Width & Creativity/ Improvisation
